Perfect Vanilla Iced Latte

Happy New Year! I am going to tell you how to make the perfect iced latte. Now, this drink is based more on technique and does not rely on measurements. Why, you may ask?
Because if you're a coffee drinker, you'll know how much of coffee vs. milk you like, how much sweetner you want, etc. My technique is this:

1. Brew toddy coffee. Toddy coffee is a cold brew method system, which results in a very strong cold coffee concentrate. You can use this toddy base to make regular coffee, (hot/cold) iced coffee drinks and even blended coffee drinks. Think of the toddy base as espresso, in terms of how potent the coffee is and how much coffee to add to your drinks (2-5 ounces usually).
2. Blend your cold milk in the blender. This is a trick I've seen at my favorite local coffee shop. Just add cold milk and any flavor if you like- at our house we like vanilla and almond rocha flavors and blend for 30 seconds or so. Once done, pour over ice & add your cold coffee concentrate. The result, a frothy tasty cold iced latte. You'll wonder why you ever spent $3.50 for a sub-par drink made at one of those chain coffee shops.

Yes, that is a Centipede Glass
